1.The Local Planning Authority note that inconsistent information has been submitted regarding the accumulative depth of the proposed single storey rear extension when viewed on the application form and measured on the submitted plans. The Local Authority hereby conclude that the development described above and referred to in your Prior Notification application received 28/03/19 cannot be determined within the limits and procedures of permitted development as set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A.1(g) of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. Prior approval for the development is therefore refused.
2.This written notice indicates that the proposed development would not comply with condition A.4 of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. It is important to note that this written notice does not indicate whether or not the proposed development would comply with any of the other limitations of conditions of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A. The applicant has the right to an appeal against this notice to the Planning Inspectorate, see details below.
