| 1. | The existing dwelling has a two storey infill rear extension, consequently the resultant enlarged part of the dwelling would have more than a single storey. Therefore the proposal would not meet the permitted development criteria. The Local Authority is permitted to refuse this application as it is invalid whereby the proposal breaches Condition A.1(g) Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. |
