1.The proposed site location plan submitted as part of the application does not clearly show the proposed development and as such fails to meet the requirements of Paragraph A.4 (2) (b) of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
2.The operations do not fall within the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, as amended. Specifically, as the proposed rear extension would be joined to the host dwelling's existing side garage, the totally enlarged part of the dwellinghouse extend beyond a wall forming a side elevation of the original dwellinghouse and have a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse.
3.This written notice indicates that the proposed development would not comply with condition A.4 of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. It is important to note that this written notice does not indicate whether or not the proposed development would comply with any of the other limitations of conditions of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A. The applicant has the right to an appeal against this notice to the Planning Inspectorate, see details below.
