| 1. | The Council consider that the development would not comply with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A parts A.1 (c), (d), (h) and (ja) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. Specifically:
1. The height of the part of the dwellinghouse enlarged exceeds the height of the highest part of the roof of the existing dwellinghouse;
2. The height of the eaves of the part of the dwellinghouse enlarged exceeds the height of the eaves of the existing dwellinghouse;
3. The enlarged part of the dwellinghouse has more than one storey and extends beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse by more than 3 metres and,
4. The proposed development would be joined to an existing enlargement of the original dwellinghouse that is within 2 metres of the boundary of the curtilage and the height of its eaves exceeds 3 metres. |
