| 1. | The Council consider that the impact of the proposed development would unacceptably harm the amenity of the neighbouring residents at No. 9 Tring Gardens, Romford by reason of loss of light, outlook and overbearing effect on this property. |

The landing would be considered to be a raised platform and therefore would require planning consent due to its height. |
