| 1. | The proposed development fails to meet Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A.1 (d) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, (as amended) as the proposed eaves height at 3 metres would be above the height of the existing eaves.
Furthermore, the Council consider that the proposed development by reason of its excessive depth, bulk, scale and mass as well as the position close to the boundary of the site would unacceptably harm the amenity of the neighbouring residents at No. 5 Barton Road, Hornchurch by reason of loss of light, outlook and overbearing effect on this property. |
