| 1. | The Council consider that the proposed development would by reason of the excessive depth and location close to the boundaries of the site, result in undue and significant amenity impacts to both adjoining neighbours at 36 and 40 Wennington Road creating a sense of enclosure and feeling of overbearing development that would be unneighbourly. |
