| 1. | The Council consider that the impact of the proposed development would unacceptably harm the amenity of adjacent neighbous at No. 146 Kingshill Avenue, Romford by reason of the size of the extension, its height in relation to the neighbouring property, its proximity to the boundary and orientation and resultant loss of light, outlook and un-neighbourly sense of enclosure. |
