| 1. | The proposed development fails to meet Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A.4(g)(i)) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, (as amended) as the cumulative combined depth of the existing rear extension and the addition of the proposed extension exceeds 8 metres.
Furthermore, the Council consider that the proposed development by reason of its excessive depth, bulk, scale and mass would unacceptably harm the amenity of the neighbouring residents at No. 27 Hood Road, Rainham by reason of loss of light, outlook and overbearing effect on this property. |
