No.Condition Text
1.The Council consider that the proposed development by reason of its depth in relation to the boundary of the site, would unacceptably harm the amenity of adjacent neighbour at No. 36 Lyndhurst Drive, Hornchurch, by reason of loss of light, outlook and overbearing effect on this property.
2.This written notice indicates that the proposed development would not comply with condition A.4 of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. It is important to note that this written notice does not indicate whether or not the proposed development would comply with any of the other limitations of conditions of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A. The applicant has the right to an appeal against this notice to the Planning Inspectorate, see details below.
3.It is noted that the elevation drawing no. ZAAVIA/34LD/402 Issue A shows there to be an existing rear extension, whereas the plan drawings and the site photos show there to be no rear extension for the subject property. If there is another application for this site, it is recommended that the elevation drawings should only include development on the subject property itself for clarity.
