One staff member is on site at all times: day shift 9am-4pm; evening shift 4pm-11pm, followed by sleep-in cover until 9am. Continuous operation since 01/06/2015, with no changes to use, layout or operating arrangements reported apart from individual staff turnover. The company occupies with the personal owner Beverley Moncrieffeâ??s permission, without a formal lease. She does not live there. No building works or alterations are proposed.
