Removal of the external plastic soil-stack insert and en suite branch; reuse of the existing cast-iron soil stack at the specified vent height; straightening of the retained rainwater pipe; and making good of the redundant wall entry with matching masonry and lime-based harling. Limited like-for-like repairs to retained historic fabric, including local timber-lath and lime-plaster ceiling repairs, reinstatement of missing matching quadrant, redecoration and replacement carpet. |
