are the formation of a bund approximately 2m high, the erection of a boundary fence and gates and low brick wall, an access road constructed in concrete, the erection of street lamps and the installation of CCTV columns. The appellant decided not to pursue its case in respect of the fencing and gates and the street lights and CCTV installations.
