The front of the site will have a 1.2m railing fence, 1.8m close board fence will be placed along most of the side and rear boundary, and a combination of 1.8m brick boundary walls with 0.3m trellis to top and 1.8m larch lap fences will be used to demarcate rear gardens.
for the landscaping, a mix of grass / lawn, trees, ornamental planting and hedges are proposed. Concrete asphalt, plus four different types of block paving are proposed for the areas of hard standing. The plans have been prepared by a Landscape Institute Registered Practice and satisfactorily address the planning conditions. |
