2. Reduce over hanging and obstruction to pavement and adjacent property
Additional information: the tree has not been pruned since at least 2010 and is now badly out of shape.

1. Maintain shape
2. Manage height and spread due to the vancity of the tree to my and adjacent proprerties.
Additional information: the Malus Rudolph was planted in autumn 2017 and this will be its first prune.
The above work has been recommended by a tree surgeon who I contacted for advice.
