The trees are mature and located along the rear boundary, with several branches extending over neighbouring residential properties and roofs.

In addition, I would like to highlight that small branches have previously fallen within my garden area, including in areas regularly used by my young child (aged almost 3). While no injury has occurred, this demonstrates a potential and ongoing risk from falling material, particularly during periods of wind or adverse weather.

- Reduce end-weight on extended limbs
- Minimise the likelihood of branch failure
- Improve safety within the garden and adjacent properties
- Maintain appropriate clearance from neighbouring structures
