| Proposal | Felling of one lime tree covered under TPO 2/74 - the one which is closer to the respective properties (28 and 30 Hall Lane) as this is causing the most concern. This would retain the lime tree closer to the road and therefore the amenity value to the area would not be affected, especially as new trees, as detailed before, would be planted along the border between the two properties which would actually enhance the amenity value.
We would also propose to carry out the works to the second lime tree, the one furthest from the properties, ie lopping and crown cutting, |
