Applying to remove the two lowest branches of 3a at the position shown in red on the plan. The two branches are labled 1 & 2, are getting close to the house at 1st floor window height & when the wind blows the security light is constantly switching on & off at night. I have spoken to Neil Carter (arbo) & he has indicated the same suitable cut off point - in red. |
