| Proposal | Ash tree at front of property to reduce crown, especially that encroaching on tiles of house. This tree is adjacent to pavement, which is being lifted by roots. The tree crown is above residence parking bay and branches are breaking off, possibly due to disease, and falling onto road. Removal of tree is sort, if possible, or repositioning of residence parking bays to other side of road.
